Ms Anna Maria Plantos has worked as a law clerk and lawyer in various firms where she managed property law, litigation, commercial law, family law and criminal law, including Legal Aid matters for individuals and corporations in multiple Australian jurisdictions. She is skilled at managing the differing expectations of both sides of a transaction or dispute and putting in place dialogue and strategies to act in a way that facilitates a just resolution according to law as quickly, inexpensively and efficiently as possible for her clients.
She has acted for clients in commercial litigation involving international transactions as well as liquidation, insolvency and compensation claims.
Ms Plantos graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a dual Bachelor of Business (Economics) and Bachelor of Laws with Honours. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Queensland University of Technology. She is constantly developing her technical knowledge in other industries as well as embracing emerging technologies to improve the efficiency of her interactions with clients and business partners.
She is also keen to expand her knowledge in the area of international and maritime law.
